CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 141(RES) am An Act relating to a                         
vessel permit moratorium for the Alaska weathervane scallop fishery;           
relating to management of the scallop fisheries; and providing for an

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the                      
adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 1818.  Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                      
BILL NO. 141(RES) was adopted and read the second time.                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Senator Duncan objected.
